Family Camp • The Rock

We are so excited that you're interested in coming to Family Camp 2026! For the last 14 years, our church has hosted the youth of our community for an annual camp, and as we continue to build a culture where everyone belongs, gets to play, and is better together, we’re extending the invitation to families—young and old.

As always, we plan our camps with four things in mind: fun, fellowship, food, and opportunities to encounter the Holy Spirit. Our hope is that this time away will bring us closer together, unite our ministries as one church, and grow our desire to see revival on the coast.

Important information:

Registrations close on 7th February 2026.
A Working with Vulnerable People registration is required for all attendees aged 18 and above.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that my participation (or my family’s participation) in this camp/event may involve activities that are physically and emotionally demanding. I understand that certain inherent risks and dangers may be present in the activities in which myself, my children, or other family members will be participating. I acknowledge that while The Rock Community Church and its leaders will make every reasonable effort to minimise exposure to known risks, some hazards may be unforeseen or beyond the control of the organisation, its leaders, staff, and volunteers.

In the event of an emergency where my nominated contact people are unavailable:

I authorise the leaders to obtain medical advice and/or assistance which they deem necessary.
I further authorise qualified practitioners to administer treatment or anaesthetic if required.
I understand that myself, my children, or other members of my family may be included in photos or video footage taken during the camp/event.
I confirm that the information provided in this application is true and correct.
I agree to inform the leaders of any changes to these details.
I accept responsibility for payment and agree to cover medical, transport, or any other related expenses that may arise.
